Great Unlocked Phone for the Price
Great phones for the price. These are factory unlocked and can be used with any GSM carrier, even though they are Verizon branded. The cameras with Carl Zeiss lens work great. These phones support Windows 10 Mobile. I've been running the latest Developers Preview of Windows 10 Mobile (10586.36), it's really cool, and seems to work fine, no issues yet. Phone has other nice features too, like 1GB memory, supports wireless charging, if you get a cover that supports it, easy to access the battery, microSD card, and SIM. Good phone witha big battery problem on windows 8.1
This is a great phone, it is fast, takes good pictures, easy to use. I tryied it under windows 8, 8.1 and 10, and I really made a mistake upgrading to windows 8.1, that was when the battery nightmare began. The most time the battery lasts is probably 18 hours but without using it (no calls, no whatsapp, no internet, just like paperweigt), under windows 8 I could use it as paperweight for a whole week, and two or three days on a regular use. Then I upgrade to windows 10 and the problem became bigger, it only work for 6 hours as paperweight and two or three hours under regular use conditions, so I downgrade it to wndows 8.1, I just couldn´t get back to windows 8. In conclusion it is a good phone probably great phone under windows 8, but it sucks on windows 8.1 and worst on windows 10Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Great UI, compact, and easy to use
Cons: Battery life only lasts a day and has to be charged every night. There's no mobile hotspot with the phone, or it might not be covered under my plan (not sure). Pros: I like the small feel of the phone and that it fits in my pockets. It is easy to hold in the hand and does not slip. The home screen is user friendly with good customization. Great little phone.
My favorite phone ever. Right size, excellent ergonomics, good camera. Sure it's "out-of-date" but it doesn't get hacked and the operating system is well laid-out. Easy to use
This is my son's third Nokia Lumia 822. I keep replacing it with the same phone ( he is sometimes very careless and breaks phones) because this phone is so easy for him to use. So I purchased the same phone to swap the SIM card to save my data, but only a few of the phone numbers were there. This is my first smartphone and it has proven to be an excellent choice for this Senior Citizen that is not very technical. The phone is "user friendly". The images and keys are big enough for me to see. I'm still learning all the features. The is an excellent choice for my first smartphone. The only "negative" comment is that the one I bought did not have a user's manual. However, I went online to the Nokia website and downloaded a free copy of the user's manual to overcome this "Negative" comment. Solid for Parts
This was sold to me for parts only and that's exactly what I used it for. That being said, it was a great purchase at a great value and I'm actually writing this review using the screen from that phone that I put into my white frame with the motherboard from another phone I had laying around.
