The Gigaset A420A-DUO is a clear and reliable cordless phone that is perfect for any household. It has been designed with a handy built-in answering machine that has a recording time of up to 25mins. You can retrieve your messages either via the handset or by pressing the illuminated play button. The outgoing message can either be set as the predefined message or you can record your own greeting with up to 170 seconds at your disposal. It will also tell you the date and time that each message was received. Thanks to the Practical, Calling and comfortable design of the A420A-DUO the 1.8 Display Screen allows you to read and manoeuvre around the menu easily and effectively whilst the white backlight glows with high contrast. It offers hands free mode and thanks to the HSPTM sound technology you will receive clarity in your conversations.

Excellent sound quality. Loud and clear.
Compact but yet the buttons and screens are easy to read. The answerphone facility is simple to use. The only thing it lacks is a call blocker but I don't have much of a problem with that anyway. A good buy.
