We already had the base station, but the original handset died. BT don't supply new ones anymore. The one I bought on eBay worked straight away (after 24 hour charging) and seems to be every bit as good as the original handset. So now we have a working phone again.

The HUGE buttons are good for my arthritic hands and I like the easy one touch buttons up the top which are also good for my hands. The numbers and icons are clearly marked making it easy to use. Also this phone has ALL I need and it sits well on a small table. There's great other features too like the ringer control/volume control etc. on the base of this phone. My best phone yet.
