Do you have low stomach acid?
Contrary to popular belief, most people who suffer from digestive disorders such as acid indigestion and reflux have low acid production in the stomach. If used properly these will aid in digesting your food - they certainly work for me. Your Doctor will be horrified - mine were most upset - having giving me acid suppressants for years which was making my condition worse until I became very ill indeed, yet they still disagree with my decision! Using these have made a tremendous change in my digestion, good luck. Do your research first, there is plenty of info out there.

These have really helped with digesting meats and veggies by increasing the acid in the stomach. If you have acid reflux issues then this will most likely help you - I realise this is contra to what doctors will tell you. I generally ignore them and enjoy great health.
