    Baker works great!

    This Baker bakes a nice loaf of bread. I put the dough in it for the second rise, and then pt thme both it into a cold oven and then set temp to 425. Bake the bread for 30 minutes. Remove the lid from the pan, and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and its interior temperature measures 190°F on an instant-read thermometer.
