For a lightweight antenna on a short mast it is "ok". The problem is that the welds are less than stellar quality AND only some of the edges are welded. It's a kind of "well we have welded almost half of the joints that we SHOULD weld - that will probably do - and indeed it probably would have. It's a pity though because for the sake of a few more inches of weld, it would have been a VERY much stronger bracket. It's a pity that the "Tell us more" was quite so YES / NO though as if someone only wanted a lightweight antenna mounted, it would do, and if you have a welder at home to finish the job that they didn't - the bracket is ok-ish value for the money - and the thickness of steel is certainly reasonably quality - just a half-baked job on the welding.
