Great qsee dvr
The qsee qt 428 is a great unit. Most importantly, we found it easy to repair and reboot when it gets stuck on "System initializing" screen by unplugging, then putting a download of its firmware on a thumb disk into the front USB, then plugging it back in and waiting 5 mins for it to be back working with input and camera screens on a TV or monitor screen.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
