Worth a try
If you’re T Bags suffer from bad constipation these green senna tea bags work well, before you go to bed at night if you leave it in a cup of boiling water for at least an hour when the water is cool us a good time to drink this. It’s a shame they are so expensive, it take about 4 to 6 weeks for them to cone through your letter box in the U.K. The more you buy the cheaper they. I gave the four stars as they are good quality.. Some people use them to lose weight but you would have to take one a day for that I would imagine.
