I am on a low carb diet and need extra fibre, this product provides this. 2 teaspoons of Benefiber in my morning coffee provides 3 grams of fibre. It's tasteless non thickening I take coffee black no sugar and I can't tell I have it in my drink. I wish we could get it in the UK, we use to.
