Does Exactly what is says it does. A cheap way to repair a busted zip. No complaints. Very happy.
It is difficult to say how good this product is as I have nothing to compare it against. This is the first time I have done a Zip repair, It is exactly as described on eBay. I have no complaints. I was able to repair the damaged zip on my much-loved, heavy, warm cardigan in less than one minute. This must have saved me £40 compared to having a new Zip fitted or indeed having the existing one somehow repaired. Not to mention the time taken in getting it to a repairer and then fetching it.

Worked on a winter puffer coat zip
I bought this kit to repair a coat zip. I was hoping that one of the bigger silver zipper ends would work, but it was actually the smaller white ones that were the right size. The repair worked fine, although I accidentally cut of the zipper stop at the top of the zip on the wrong side, so I ended up using 2 of the zipper stops. saved me a lot of money
I got this set as my work trousers were fine just a broken zipper. How to do the job is on youtube and it's very easy. It took 5 minutes and all sorted. I then used the similar process on my MuddyFox waterproof cycling jacket. I had to swap the zipper from the pocket to the main front zip as it's a waterproof zip. (The original is a bit wider in the side openings to allow for the thicker, waterproof material) I then used one of these on the pocket. So for a couple of quid I saved around £30 in not having to buy new work trousers and waterproof.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Different zips
I didn't appreciate that spiral zip sliders have no (or virtually no) lip in the underside. My bad but a bit more info would have been useful 'cos I used the wrong one first. The long tab one did work great on my leather jeans but has no lock so can slide down by itself -- pays to advertise though ;-)Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

very useful selection of fittings.
I work in alterations, and this little kit has been excellent. I wasn't sure on sizing, but the size 5 does a medium size jacket zip . The other ones are more suited to dresses.
