Light wieght wireless room headphones
This is my second set of these headphones. If you are tv challenge with you family or wife, you can watch a second tv or Netflix on a computer in peace and quit. It is infared wireless so you are limited to line of sight bust for the price point a good value. Not nearly as good as previously purchased Sony headphones.
I purchased these Sony headphone to watch TV with, as I had two other sets in the past couple years. I paid about the same $$$ for all three. These are not the quality I had expected from Sony. The range they operate in is minimal, the are so lightweight , they fall of your head easily and the infrared signal from the remote to the headphones makes it imperative that there is nothing blocking the light or they can't receive the signal at all. Good headphones. The simple plug and play set up is great. Takes just a few minutes and you are ready for listening. Foam on headset could be thicker for ear comfort. Great for people who hear at different levels
My husband and I both wear hearing aids, and we hear at different levels. These headphones are great. I bought an extra headset, and both can be used on the same transmitter. When one of us wants to read, the other can listen to TV . The volume on the TV can be muted, and sound comes only through headsets. I wish we had known about these years ago. Very simple to install. Doesn't Work For Me.
My previous headset allowed me to roam around while listening to device I was connected to. This headset dock must have an unobstructed field between the dock and headset. The headset works very well and is a very good deal, but not if, like me, you need to move around while using it.
