Good quality and as described
Bought as an aid to cope with hot flushes. Although it is a good quality product and I can't fault that I am not sure it is an advantage. It suggests it aids a quicker deeper sleep. I have found no obvious differences. The gel is cool when you first lie on it but it doesn't stay cool for long and at the next flush have to turn the pillow round to find a reasonably cool area.
