A benefit to health if you need it and keep it dry enough.
IF you have an iodine deficiency Cerebos iodised table salt would be a sensible addition to your diet - the same applies if you are exposed to Gamma radiation. If there is nuclear fallout, this product will help to reduce the absorption of radioactive matter by the thyroid gland.. Unless your kidneys are failing, you cannot overdose on iodine. As with PEPPER, condiments such as Table salts taste better in food when coarsely ground. Cerebos iodised table salt is FAR too finely ground which makes it vulnerable to absorbing moisture from the air and becoming too wet to sprinkle.. The Solution ?? provide it very coarsely ground .. e.g.2-4 mm particles..Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
