Nice heavy duty moisturizer but no greasy- most importantly it works on several levels, treats eczema, inflammation, small sores, cracks, dry skin. Put it on wet/moist skin-even better. Only thing I can use for my eczema, don't know what I'd do without it - I have hundreds of dollars of moisturizers every year I become allergic to, no this one. And my sister is the top dermatologist in New York and she can't help me. Eczema and Rosacea
I have been using this cream for a couple of weeks now. I love that it is not greasy. It seems to have calmed my rosacea somewhat but not substantially enough to warrant praise. This cream is amazing. For anyone that is suffering with severe skin irritation and dryness this is the cream to use. I brought this for my husband as he started to get this skin irritation on his back. The Neosporin Eczema Essentials is the only nom-prescription cream I have ever tried that has been effective in controlling my skin problems. It was recommended to me by a dear friend who also has problems with eczema. I cannot understand why it is no longer available in Walgreen stores. Walgreens was the only retail outlet here in Lubbock where it could be purchased.
