This stuff is great. Sure, not eating normal food talked a bit of getting used to but as an alternative to self mutilating surgery this is a great option. I'm down almost 200 lbs total and 150 of that is from the Optifast. Do have a doctor monitoring your progress, there can be some very bad consequences if you didn't.
