Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce 225g. This honey-sweet sauce is the secret to the authentic Chinese barbecued pork, also known as "Char Siu". Marinate 350 g pork loin with 3 Tbsp Char Siu Sauce for a minimum of 15 mins before oven cooking at 190°C / Gas 5 for 20 mins or until cooked through.
