I had to reassess my previous review
My dog totally ignores all toys and chew toys. I remember a friend's dogs really liked the Nylabones with bumps. So I tried one. He ignored the smooth, flavored one. Unfortunately it's not durable as I thought. My dog easily eats the bumps off and is able to tear off small pieces which he swallows. I've stopped giving them to him after finding too many pieces in his poop. Still maybe safer than bone shards. He ignores the harder ones.

Not for big chewers
My dogs must be super chewers because I ended up with little pieces of blue all over the house. I tried this chew bone because the one I usually buy is no longer available. I'll keep looking.
