Definitely one for the Bring Back Mono brigade.
If you don’t like a singer in one ear and drums in the other (I mean how unnatural is that?) and if you support 'Bring Back Mono' then these are for you. Of course if you want to have stereo too, then the switch on these allows you to listen to either, just flick the switch back and forth to get the best sound. I have only 2 minor down points, and they are minor. The cord is quite a strong coil, I prefer the loose tangled type and the spring that holds them against your head is a bit strong for me, so I don’t wear them for too long. One word of warning, when you unpack them, don’t be worried about the large jack plug, it is an added bonus so you can plug it into a larger socket. Just pull it apart and there you have the smaller 3.5mm plug. All in all I am pleased with this product. Just as I expected it to be, hence 3 stars (4 would have been better than expected).Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

A 'phone suitable for deaf people.
Hello. The individual volume controls is of good use for someone like me who is deaf in one ear. The sound quality is good but could do with a bit more " top end ". My biggest problem is that the 'phones are a bit small and ( again for me ) they pinch a bit. I may be deaf but I also have a large head and they sit on the top of the ears rather than on the ears. That may contribute to the slight loss of top end sound. They will do what I want but I shall have to have a rest every so often.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Don't quite fit my head
I would have given these a better review had they fitted properly, you have to fully extend them to fit my head and then it just does not feel comfortable, My head is not particularly large and have never had a problem as such before. They do feel a bit cheap and the two metal clips that the ear pieces extend from are not of good quality, I cant see these headphones lasting long, On the positive side they work ok, i wanted them for metal detecting as i need volume control and they do the job.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good quality for price headphones with better 'on' headphone controls
Nice headphones with volume on each ear & mono-stereo switch, I had another pair of different style headphones with volume in the cord & that switch broke so I did'nt want another in-line cord control Sound is great with higher volume & clarity, the cord is quite short though so you willl probably need an extension cord but they are very cheap & it makes the headphones complete I do have to say though, if you have a long or fat head these headphones may not fit even on maximum as I am on maximum & they only just fit.
