i7 3770k + IC Diamond thermal paste + Zalman heatsink
Great chip, overclocks on Asus Maximus V board to 4.2ghz, temps are at 30C idle, no more than 50C under load using IC Diamond thermal paste (pea-sized drop) + heavy-duty Zalman copper heatsink. Reaches same performance as i7 7700k in most conditions.40 % better performer than my old i5 3450.
