    Excellent!

    I was surprised at how solid and strong this cake pan is but at the same time light enough for easy handling. Love the 4” depth, cakes have risen beautifully! Easy to remove the cake after cooking and really easy cleaning. I have never had an anodised aluminium cake pen before and was a bit skeptical about this but I really recommend this cake pan and am so impressed I will now look for a square one.
