I carried out the preparation to reattach a tab to my rear screen very carefully before using the product as directed. The initial bond was good and the connection resistance was low but on trying to attach the wire, after leaving it to set for 24 hours, the tab pulled off very easily. Just the weight of the cable seemed to be enough to pull the tab off.

Well I found this on a YouTube video and it seemed to work for the guy demonstrating it, however it was a different case when I tried it. I followed the instructions to a tee, yes I did mix the adhesive for ages to make sure it was all combined, I wiped the cleaner/activator on both surfaces just like in the video and the instructions, both areas were clean and free of contaminates before hand and I waited for the drying times as per instructions, I held the tab for over a minute but it just did not stick, the adhesive was not hardening, in fact after leaving it for a few hours on my bench it was still as wet as when I started. So maybe I had the bad one but for me a total waste of money.

We tried this product and to be blunt it didn't work. I followed all the instructions to the letter. Maybe it will work for you but sorry but I can't recommend it.

We followed the instructions, the glue fixed the tab back to the screen element surprisingly well, and the demister was fixed. For about 2 days. The tab is still stuck on, but the demister stopped working so I guess electrical conductivity was lost.

I followed all the instructions, lightly sanded contacts, cleaned thoroughly with rubbing alcohol, mixed the glue very well...The glue itself is holding tab very strongly, but it's not conducting electricity. It basically isolated tab from the defroster busbar. There is no electric conduction between tab and defroster.
