My favorite eye liner!
i love this eyeliner! I prefer this mechanical pencil because I’m not good with liquid liner. This pencil gives a liquid look without all the hassle. A little goes a long way. The smudge brush comes in handy if you don’t have a steady hand it’s great for a Smokey eye look.
