Pleasantly surprised
This was a price buy for me. Ampeg has always had the name in bass amplification, but the reviews on the PF series as a whole were all over the map. I like my new PF350, I don't think my harke 4x10 cab is as sensitive as it could be on the loudness front. I love the simplicity of the device and am eager to see how it takes pedals. However, I picked over other small light bag carryable ones based on the reviews that said it had Ampeg tone, some level of warnth that you wouldn't expect from a ultralight. I don't think I hear that. I might would have tried the toneprint TC amp or the Kustum with more eq bands in the same price range. but not dissatisfied, just not bowled over at all. four stars still for simplicity, competency, appearance and simplicity.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
