I constructed a single-stall, two-story brick firehouse in HO scale modeled from the Orbisonia, Pennsylvania(USA) firehouse in a Model Railroader(Sept.1983) magazine article. It took me several weeks time to precisely cut the walls and bevel the ends to 45 degree angles so that the rows of bricks would intersect perfectly at the corners. I also cut and filed many small brick 'ends' to be used as the lintels above the windows. This material is thick enough to be used as the entire wall without any backing/stiffening needed for a small model as I built. It bonds well with Testors Liquid Plastic Cement applied with a small sable brush that I also used to apply at the edges of the brick corners, melding them together and eliminating the 'seam'. All this takes time but yield fantastic results with this EXCELLENT molded brick sheet! A true "scratch-builder's delight"! 8-30-2018 added 3 images of uncompleted model - recently unpacked from storage : ) Dan (atget26)Read full review
