Les Hiddins aka Bush tucker man.
A very entertaining and enjoyable series by Les who delves into the history of Australia.Les also tells us of the bush tucker that can be found for survival by those who know.Beautifully shot with stunning scenery and nicely narrated.This series of programmes is guaranteed to entertain the armchair explorer.A thoroughly recommend box set.

Captures the spirit of the Outback.
Great photography and captures the essence of the outback. We bought the DVD set to replace our original VHS tapes that had sat unplayed in the cupboard For some 20 years. Great to be reunited with memories of Australia. Make allowances for the fact it was filmed over 30 years ago. The colour and sound is still pretty good.
