DON'T BUY IT
I have very fine hair and am always on the hunt for the holy grail product. This is NOT it. I had avoided it because it's by Garnier and I have never thought they were much but this product had so many great reviews I decided to throw away $10 on the offi-chance a low-budget product might do the trick.
