The visuals are fine but the default audio is in Italian and English has to be selected from the disc menu and even then it's only 5/1 ! True HD audio is only in Italian, also the case is all in Italian, as are the disc menus !!!! Does this matter.... YES. this was bought for someone who wouldn't have a clue how to change the audio, so she won't be able to obtain the English sound track.. I will complain to ebay.
