I have only been taking these capsules for less than a week now but there is a difference if only small at the moment. I tend to suffer from bloating after i eat porridge in the morning but i tend to add some sultanas, veg powder and a scoop of whey protein powder with the mix then add skimmed milk. I also tend to drink a protein shake during the day so it could also be the lactate that im a bit sensitive too. Anyway the difference or changes that i noticed are my stools are more solid as opposed to loose most of the time with less bloating. It,s as if my body is making more use of the food i,m putting in as opposed to doing all it can to reject it..ie bloating and discomfort.
