Number #1 WEIGHTGAINER if you dieting and trying to get back to how you were in past (I still have a brain injury for last 6 years), but slowly recovering everything with MYSELF. BEFORE injury I was 108 kg muscle but I didn’t really take care of myself I.e drinking and smoking during the week, cardio during the week too but I wasn’t being ‘my best’ where I do everything to achieve my OLD normal.. well so far from dropping from 108 kg of muscle to 72 kg (injury efd me up for quite a long while) .. but back in again and I’m still putting weight with cardio fitness at 108KG atm AT LEAST.
