What a difference it's made on my hair. Quite obvious how less damage I have since I started using it.
I highly recommend this and the same in conditioner. I go from dark hair in the winter to insanely light hair in the summer. It never grew due to damage & unhealthy. Now, even my stylist is asking what I'm using.
