If you want to stay well, this is the item for you. If you are a chronic sinus sufferer this item will help you tremendously. Buy it and use it once or twice a day. Compound pharmacy workers also make other meds to use in this as well as anti fungus meds. This way you do not have to take as many oral medications. Follow your Drs orders. But add this into your daily routine. You need the salts and to keep this clean and dry. Unplug the machine when not in use. Try to just wash the tip with liquid soup rinse well. The best sinus relief
The hydro pulse is a good machine for sinus relief for at home use. I have had major sinus surgery a few years back and for at home use this works great. Having 16 .oz you do 8 .oz per side works amazing even if you haven't had surgery it still does a amazing job. I have a nelimed sinugator for when I'm on the go it does well but the hydro pulse is truly awesome at home.
