About the BrandBehind the Halston brand stands an impressive story of how the fashion designer Roy Halston Frowick was convinced to develop his fashion talent. At first Frowick was making hats and altering his mother’s and sister’s clothes, and after a newspaper article about his hat designs he gained confidence, moved to New York and started working for the Bergdorf Goodman company. In the early 1960s his name was widely recognized, as many of his designs were worn by celebrities such as Elizabeth Taylor, Lauren Bacall and Lisa Minelli. In 1974 he released his first own fragrance Halston Z14 – a classy scent, consisting of natural ingredients and perfect for every occasion.
