Fully waterproof but had to realign it for the snap fasteners to connect to a Titleist cart bag which it does with some of the fasteners left loose, not a big problem as it leaves no gaps and covers bag aperture.Plenty of room inside cover which is easily accessible with Velcro strap fastener. Ideal hood
Just the job for a trolley bag as it folds over from the front with no silly zips. We've all been there, it starts to rain but the hood with your bag is not quite big enough. Just a bit too tight to close the zip. Once your grips are wet it's all over.
