Works well as a replacement PSU fan
I needed to replace the fan in an inexpensive computer power supply as the existing one of the same size was beginning to rattle. Initially I wasn't sure whether the Fractal Design R3 was meant to be used as a case fan or as a PSU fan, but the seller says it can do either and that is what attracted me to it. I fitted the new fan and tested it for many hours with no problems. It is very quiet and the LEDs emit an attractive green, blue or red light - particularly effective if you're using it as a case fan at the front of the computer case. Its low price makes it great value for money and in my case made the repair of the old PSU worthwhile.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
