Good price point for the product. The large 50 ohm resistor was not fully set in its brackets, so required some maneuvering to seat properly in the brackets before closing the paint can lid. You can get Equate mineral oil from WalMart pharmacy for $1.39/pint. So, you need 7 to 8 pints. I put 7 pints to start with. If you are running 1KW into the can probably ought to use 8 pints. The best thing...the can does not leak.

Worked as stated. Used mineral oil. With mineral oil it's rated at 1000 watts. I was putting 600 watts into the load for between 5 and 10 minutes. Barely got warm.
