I ordered three boxes of this product in hopes of weight loss, but, it didn't work. Not sure why cause I took it faithfully every meal. One thing that did work was my bowels! lol If it did anything at all for me it did that. I haven't gained any weight, but i'm not taking a product for the rest of my life to stay at this weight (tyvm). It might work for others in the weight loss dept., but it didn't work for me. Therefore, that was my last order of this product. PS....maybe it's good for your digestive tract???
