Amazing product and cheap but if you use it for a few days your nose will have a rebound effect. Nasal blood vessels will expand for a couple of days and breathing through nose difficult until you stay off spray for a few days. So could find yourself using product indefinitely. I think when you really have a bad cold it's great but don't use for too long. Its also difficult to get a spray out of the bottle while standing so I lay down with head back or stand on my head to get the spray in right place.
