Marvellous value dvd promptly delivered etc but actual BBC production / storyline was a bit disappointing having enjoyed To Serve Them All my Days SO much! Jan/ John is not a particularly likeable character and Patsy Kensit is very annoying as the early Diana .

Wonderful nostalgia for those who were alive at the time the original series was released. Like most classic TV, it looks rather dated and low budget now, but you may find yourself sliding back into the person you once were and enjoying it through those comfortable eyes.
