This is abrilluant product which I don't just yse for baking etc, I also use it to trace sewing patterns which works perfectly as although it has a non stick surface for baking it doesn't have that slick silicone coating that you find on some parchment papers. I am glad I have found a source to buy this from and will be buying it again

This is really good baking parchment. I bake a lot and use parchment all the time, so I like to have a good supply in stock. I do prefer the white parchment but this is half the price and does the job just as well. I have bought this brand before and have no problems at all with it.
