Muffled sound
I've used Olympus VN Recorders for 25 years. Unfortunately I dropped my old one and it ceased to work, so delighted to see the exact same model on eBay. However despite inserting new batteries, the sound is muffled and impossible to hear. Useless. I wish I could add an audio file for proof!
