These really work, I bought them to shift a few extra pounds, I've had them 3 days and only eat when I'm really hungry, they avoid snacking in between meals. I also noticed an increase in energy and mood aswell, I increased my running time by 4 minutes which if you're a runner, you'll know how hard 4 extra minutes can be at the end of a 60 minute run.
