Chassis Fan up to Noctua high standards
Noctua air coolers specialise in quiet operation and solid build quality - this 120mm Chassis Fan is no different. Solid parts and whisper quiet. The kit comes with a cable extender, if the motherboard socket is distant and a Y-cable in case you want to run multiple fans off the same Controller. There are four Silicone mounts to give noise-free fixation. Installation can be fiddly with the Silicone mounts and if you have a tall CPU cooler, you might have to remove it to gain access. Otherwise, fitting is a 5 minute job. The only drawback is that it is not supplied with conventional screws and nuts in case you want to fix it without getting deep inside the case, otherwise it is great. nf f12 fans good but not great as most reviews claim
these are supposed to be one of the quietest fans going hense why I was happy to pay extra money for them but when replasing my low noise corsair fans I found these quiet but not as quiet as the corsair fans and the corsair fans were significantly cheaper, so a little disappointed. Still good quality and nearly as quiet as my corsair fans. your probably thinking I'm crazy as I'm probably the only review saying this but fact is fact sp 120 is 3dba quieter via bda metre on phone and its obvious when listening to both fans.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
