I need to use epsom salts in a bath daily so of course I use alot of this stuff! Being able to buy it in bulk at a reasonable price with quick delivery is great ! The salts themselves are larger than ones I've bought before but found pouring them from the container into the bath much easier because they don't tend to get stuck together! To give you an idea of what I mean - it's more like pouring white sugar into the bath rather than table salt which makes life so much easier when your disabled like I am!

I have an Epsom Salt bath whenever I feel stressed and want to relax before bedtime. The magnesium in the Salts is easily absorbed through the skin. You cannot overdose on magnesium in this way, but it will top up any deficit in your levels. I have also found that the baths help to soothe and improve eczema.
