    scanner adapters

    I have a 1984 Fiero It seemed odd that the Red adapter had a female 25pin sub-d connector and the other end fit the Fiero. The 3120 scanner has a female 25pin sub-d connector on it as well. I tried a 25pin sub-d gender changer to see if it would connect to the Fiero and it didn't. I'm thinking there must be another adapter cable that I didn't get with the kit.
