Does what it is supposed to
When I first try to reset one of my cartridge it did not appears to work but I found that you have to make sure all the pins are covered. to achieved this I actually removed the guide and visually aligned the pin, then it worked ok. This is the reason for the 4 stars. with the price of the cartridges it is a worthwhile investment as I am sure the cartridges are only 2/3 empty when the printer stop working! Original crtridges, when reseted, last more. Good also for refilable cartridges. Saves you a lot of money
