Completely Unusable Product.
The product is in completely unusable condition. You cannot even insert paper into this typewriter. The platen roller does not even turn. Various parts are broken and as a result are hopelessly out of place. The platen wheel is hopelessly out of alignment with the notched wheel it must join with. The platen cannot be inserted into place to enable the platen to be turned. The stout metal parts to hold the platen in its place are completely bent out of shape. The support trays to hold the platen in its place are hopelessly out of place. This typewriter cannot even be made to power on! It would cost a lot to make this typewriter function, but the parts broken are no longer available. I did not throw this typewriter in the trash, but it is not worth the price to return it, in any way. I merely wish to be refunded for the cost of the typewriter and the shipping cost.
