Refreshing mind and providing peace in soul
This is a very soothing music with bird singing as background. As my wife is currently depressed, I encourage her to walk in the forest to get fresh air together with listling lively bird singing to cheer her up. Playing this CD in the early morning and late evening seems to be ideal to refresh her mind and provide peace in soul, as it creates fresh and calm together with cheerful bird singing atmosphere in the forest.
