Took me a while to get the hang of it - I'm not great with technology so had to learn this on my own. Discovered the previous journey has to be deleted or it will keep going back to it but if I do that it takes up the new directions easily, just a bit of practice and its really simple, type in the place "Port Mulgrave' (I live in Whitby) then directly after that 'Rosedale Lane' give it a few seconds then it says "lets go" press the wee steering wheel icon and you're on your way. Simple. Voice instructions are clear and as loud as you would want it, map easy to see at a glance if its fixed near the steering wheel. Altogether a good buy, I've got a few places to go that I haven't been before due to two sisters moving house somewhere in Ayrshire so it should be a really useful tool when I decide to visit for the first time.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
