Its well cut and of a good plastic, one side slightly more polished than the other, although mine got left in the sunlight for a few minutes and drooped, not good for hot environments. Keep the fans on and bolts in place and itll be fine. I did end up with some edge/corner gaps due to lack of detail in the description but that was a risk i chose to take. Seller if you could add some extra measurements it would be great. I spray painted mine white which worked out well. The holes are through holes so dont expect standard bolts to bite, they need to go through to the fan casing check your bolt lengths if attaching to anything thicker than standard pc case sheet metal. It may need longer screws if attaching to acrylic or thicker surfaces. Given the cost id have expected it to not droop in sunlight but it was fairly easy to warm up and flatten again. All in all im happy with it.
