Easy to use
Had been looking for a screen house for awhile, this one is fantastic. It sets up very easily and can be used as just a canopy or a full screen house. When it is set up, the way the top is constructed, it keeps all the sides taught and even so the screen house looks as good as the photos all the time and not leaning over every time there is a gentle breeze. When you first get the screen house the structure, the top of the screen house and the screening are all separate, at first I was not happy with this thought it was going to be difficult to use. It is not it is quite simple,. If you want a screen house that is simple to set up and looks really good this is the one to get. Our first time using this screen house was for a full week, going though multiple rain storms with no problems no sagging no water leaking no drooping and when we had set it up at camp site we staked the poles down, but had not even needed the guide tie downs available.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

12 X 10 screen house
This is the 4th one we’ve bought. They are left up thru out the summer and have provided shade and relief from flying insects. The screen house We are using prior to buying the replacement is assembled from parts of our previous three which were destroyed by extremely high winds. One by a sever thunder storm with 70 mile wind shear proceeding it, one by a neighbor attempting to remove the top in 30 mile winds, and one damaged by our dog destroying the screen. The frames hold up surprisingly well as long as the screen house is properly secured down, we’ve never had a failure from heavy rain or the cover holding water and collapsing the screen house. Nicer than most. Strong, very effective at keeping bugs out.
Great product.: fast setup, instructions could be better, fit of screen wall surround ,too tight for door zippers ,feels like zippers or seams will fail .Time will tell. Hopefully it may stretch out and loosen over time.❤️ Wife loves it 💗.Bugs no more . Nice shade in bright sun also. 👍👍

Very happy with this canopy. The only mild complaint is that the instructions were very limited and a bit misleading. Package advertised set up time as 3 minutes. We had to figure most of it out and the first time it took 2 of us 20 minutes. Once we figured it out, we had it up in 5. Now I can set up alone in less than 10 minutes. 2nd Purchase
This is the 2nd Coleman Screened Canopy that I have purchased and am very satisfied with it. Sturdy frame if anchored with reinforced straps at all 6 corners. Roof dried out after 3 summers and that's why I'm purchasing another. Sides held up well. Five stars if roof panels fit better
The marketing people at Coleman obviosly have not put one of these up themselves. There should be at least one zero after the 3 in the 3 minute set up claim. This is a delicate product it will not tolerate abuse. That said, if you follow all the directions and properly tie down all corners it works well.
